 This product is great for seniors because of handles. My parents have no problems with the buttons. It is simple , press start , then the arrows to adjust the vibration. 

Just WOW! Six 10-minute sessions toned my legs (I have osteoarthritis of the hip) to the point where "my legs are now in charge"!! I'm more confident in my walk, and no longer walk in a shaky manner. I frankly did not know what to expect, but, like I said, after six 10-minute sessions, the entire leg toning was a pleasant surprise. I didn't think I would walk normally again, so I'm grateful for this machine
